At Herum Symphony House, the experience is not limited to the fragrance alone; it extends to its journey to you... with every care and perfection.

Every order within Oman is prepared with meticulous care, where your products are selected and packaged in a style that reflects the spirit of the House, before beginning their journey to you, wherever you are around the world.

We currently serve a select group of countries and are constantly working to expand our reach, bringing the scent of Herum to new horizons.

Order Tracking

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation message containing all the details.

When the order is shipped outside the Sultanate, you will be provided with a special tracking number, allowing you to follow its journey step by step until the moment it reaches you. Please note that tracking details may take some time to update, especially during weekends or official holidays.

Delivery Time

We are keen to deliver your order as soon as possible, while maintaining the highest standards of care:

  • Within Oman: 3 to 5 business days
  • GCC Countries: 5 to 7 business days
  • International: 7 to 15 business days

The actual duration depends on the delivery location and customs clearance procedures, which may cause some delays beyond our control.

Delivery Fees

  • Within Oman: 2 OMR (Free delivery for orders exceeding 50 OMR)
  • Other Countries: Delivery fees are calculated according to the shipping destination and are clearly displayed upon checkout.

Important Notes

  • Some international shipments may require additional customs procedures or identification documents.
  • Local fees or taxes may be imposed upon receipt depending on the receiving country's regulations, which are beyond our control.
  • In some destinations, restrictions on the number or type of products in a single shipment may apply.
